Those doing the delegate math are saying the Republican presidential race is over, and I don’t doubt it. So the pathetic 2012 match-up is set: Our liar versus their liar.

The silly people at the Chicago Tribune are shocked, shocked! at the fact Roger Eddy is cashing in big time when it comes to his public pension.

In no way, shape, or form, do Illinois GOP “leaders” here have the brains, guts, or desire to do what Walker & Co. did up in Wisconsin.

In Illinois, Republicans are still not recruiting or electing enough good candidates to make a difference.

I stand by everything I’ve written about both Newt and Rick – but it’s time to choose – and a Rick Santorum statewide victory will help undercut Romney further and that has to be job number one.

It’s always fun to see failed politicians endorsing other failed politicians.

I cannot see how Newt Gingrich can get the Republican nomination, but helping prevent Mitt Romney (the liar) from getting the nod is a fine reason for Newt to stay in.

Newt Gingrich needs to add the intramural fight aspect to his campaign. And there’s nowhere better to do that than in Illinois.

It’s heartening to see people waking up to the threat to religious liberty, but I’m stunned that many seem to think this latest threat is a new phenomenon.

If Republicans nominate Mitt Romney they’d be nominating a man who doesn’t understand morality and human behavior, and thus cannot grasp the concept of religious liberty.
